Executive Coaching: Coaching Skills in the Organisation: Coaching Supervision

ORD Consultants supports the continued professional development of Coaches through our 1:1 supervision and group supervision services.

As Supervisors we:

• Provide a safe and confidential environment in which Coaches can discuss their issues.
• Develop their professional capabilities and ensure they are working ethically and effectively.
• Support the Coach in providing the best possible service for the client.
• Better understand their personal strengths and what distinguishes them  from other coaches
• Space to surface and build their awareness and understanding of ethical dilemmas
• Time to surface and understand blind, deaf and dumb practices – what don’t you see, hear, or ask?
