At ORD Consultants, our expertise is in developing personal and organisational change. What is different about us is our ability to get ‘beneath the surface’ of your organisation’s life and identify the real issues that need to be addressed to bring about change. We help our clients develop a work ethic that frees people to engage in the business with enthusiasm and responsibility.

Our consultants learn about the organisation, understanding how people relate and respond to the business needs through conversations and group facilitation. Working with leadership teams within the organisation, ORD Consultants help them see how they can step off the ‘treadmill’ and take an open and objective look at how their organisation really functions. We explore and uncover patterns of behaviour and how they impact on performance.

We don’t stop there; we encourage conversations about the issues that are often avoided and perhaps not in your conscious awareness. Our experience is that naming these issues without attaching blame can be a significant catalyst for change. Each of our consultants has many years of delivering change, so they have personal experience of the different dynamics that can take place in the change process. Our goal is to embed change into the everyday business life of the organisation.
