Executive Coaching: Coaching Skills in the Organisation: Coaching Supervision

The strong, trusting relationships we build with our clients is at the heart of ORD Consultants’ approach. To enable us to design the best way in which to work with you, we take time to understand the business context and your individual business and personal situation.

Our coaches agree a clear contract with the organisation and individuals from the start; setting out clear expectations on how they will work, what outcomes you and the organisation want, how we will handle confidentiality and how we will monitor our effectiveness in a transparent way.

We appreciate that the context in which executives work today is increasingly complex. Market and customer requirements are changing at a faster pace then ever so we are mindful of the pressure on results, and how we can support you to use this time effectively so that you and the organisation get results.

One of the key capabilities for businesses to survive is learning how to be creative and innovative, finding new ways to move the business forward. Given current pressures, senior leaders have to balance the need to maintain a focus on the day-to-day operational challenges, while finding time to create a more responsive organisation able to better deal with an uncertain future.

Client engagement varies. Typically, challenging relationships, personal presence and influencing are key themes. Our clients value our business expertise, as well as the opportunity to test and challenge business strategy and organisational change issues with us.

At ORD Consultants, our coaches work with individuals and teams to:

  • Gain insights into their leadership style and how this impacts their own performance, and that of others.
  • Recognise patterns of behaviour that both support and limit further success.
  • Understand what differentiates successful working relationships.
  • Develop a more reflective capability so that they have more choice on how they respond to different challenges.
  • Reflect on different business scenarios, and develop strategies to address the challenges and changes they wish to implement.
  • Act as a sounding board to experiment with different issues and ideas.
