• HR teams who may have specific needs and often act as internal coaches. Increasingly, organisations nominate Operational Managers to develop their capability to work as internal coaches.
• Communication and Performance Management. We deliver programmes that are focused around these two biggest challenges that every organisation faces. Participants work with issues that are real and live in the business and in this way, ORD Consultants ensure that there is an immediate benefit in improving the organisation’s capability. Participants see the practical value and are drawn to work with Coaching skills, whereas they may not see the benefit of what they perceive are pure Coaching skills.
