ORD Consultants also provide Coaching Skills programmes, and support organisations in thinking about how Coaching can fit in with their wider organisational development strategy so they can realise the full potential of coaching.

Our approach is to develop coaching capability so that participants experience Coaching in practical settings, aligned to the organisation’s requirements.

We have programmes suitable for:

  • HR teams who may have specific needs and often act as internal coaches. Increasingly, organisations nominate Operational Managers to develop their capability to work as internal coaches.
  • Communication and Performance Management. We deliver programmes that are focused around these two biggest challenges that every organisation faces.
