Werner previously worked in senior management with a multi-national bank, restructuring businesses and operations which included extensive coaching and mentoring within the corporate environment. As an international banker, he experienced cross-cultural environments and his interest focuses on helping organisations to manage change processes and professional development.

Werner has worked as an executive coach and consultant in local and international environments within various industry segments, such as: financial services, manufacturing and electronics, consumer goods, publishing, food and beverage.

His particular activities include Executive Coaching, as well as the development and implementation of management competency frameworks. He is a skilled facilitator and is committed to helping his clients generate sustainable change that takes full account of organisational realities.

Qualifications
Accredited Ashridge Coach.
Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Attended Harvard Business School (PMD 44) and UCLA (Group 45) executive programmes.
